At Jxvkxbsh, we are committed to delivering practical cleaning tools designed to help make everyday home care easier and more organized.

Some products may be shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while other items may be fulfilled from our partner facilities located in the United States, Canada, Australia, or other approved fulfillment locations, depending on availability and delivery destination.

We work with trusted international and local shipping providers to deliver your order directly to your doorstep.


Shipping Fee

Shipping costs, applicable taxes, discounts, and any available shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Certain oversized, heavy, or specialty items, such as mop-and-bucket systems, extendable cleaning tools, large storage organizers, or electric scrubbers, may be subject to additional shipping charges. Any applicable charge will be clearly displayed at checkout.


Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and order verification.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

During holidays, promotional events, high-order-volume periods, or temporary stock shortages, processing may take longer. In certain situations, order processing may require up to 10 business days.

We process and ship orders on business days only, from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery within the United States generally takes:

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after your shipping confirmation email is sent, as carrier systems may need time to process and display shipment details.

If your order includes multiple items, products may be shipped separately due to different warehouse locations, package sizes, product types, or fulfillment procedures. Separate packages may arrive on different dates and may have different tracking numbers.


Packaging for Cleaning Tools

We take care to package cleaning tools appropriately for transportation.

Items such as cleaning brushes, microfiber cloths, squeegees, dusters, mop pads, sink organizers, spray mops, mop handles, and other household cleaning accessories may be folded, disassembled, nested, or packed compactly to help reduce damage during shipping.

After delivery, some products may require simple assembly or reshaping before first use. For example:

  • Extendable handles may need to be attached or adjusted.
  • Mop heads or cleaning pads may need to be fitted into place.
  • Microfiber dusters may need light fluffing after unpacking.
  • Flexible cleaning tools may need to be gently restored to their intended shape.

Minor packaging compression that can be corrected through normal setup is not considered product damage.


Electric Cleaning Tools

If your order includes a cordless electric scrubber, rechargeable cleaning device, or other powered cleaning tool, please inspect the item and accessories carefully before use.

Battery-powered or rechargeable products may be shipped according to applicable carrier and transportation requirements. Delivery times for these items may occasionally differ from non-powered cleaning accessories.

Before using an electric cleaning tool, please review all included operating, charging, and safety instructions. Do not use an item that arrives cracked, damaged, wet internally, missing required components, or otherwise unsafe.


Payment Verification

Your payment may be authorized when your order is submitted and charged after your order and payment information have been reviewed and approved for shipment, depending on the payment method used.

To help prevent unauthorized transactions and credit card fraud, orders containing incorrect billing information, inconsistent payment details, or information requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.

Your final order total, including product charges, shipping fees, discounts, and applicable taxes, will be displayed at checkout.


Order Changes & Address Modifications

We begin processing orders as soon as they are confirmed. Therefore, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

This includes changes to:

  • Shipping address
  • Billing information
  • Product selection
  • Quantity
  • Product color, size, or style

Orders will be shipped only to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment, we may be unable to retrieve, redirect, or modify the package.

If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any applicable reshipping or return costs may be the customer’s responsibility.


Separate Shipments

Because Jxvkxbsh offers cleaning products in different sizes and formats, products from a single order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages.

For example, cleaning cloths, replacement mop pads, brushes, large mop systems, storage accessories, and electric scrubbers may be fulfilled separately for safer and more efficient delivery.

If you receive only part of your order, please check your shipping confirmation email and tracking details, as the remaining products may still be in transit.


Delivery Delays

While we make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, jxvkxbsh.com is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • High seasonal shipping volume
  • Customs or inspection procedures, where applicable
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Labor disputes
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer delivery information

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your package appears significantly delayed, please contact us at service@jxvkxbsh.com with your order number and tracking details.


Customs Duties, Taxes & Other Fees

For orders delivered within the United States, applicable sales tax, where required, will generally be calculated and displayed during checkout.

For international orders, packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, VAT, processing fees, or customs clearance charges upon arrival in the destination country or region.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. jxvkxbsh.com does not control customs charges and cannot predict their exact amount.

If an international shipment is refused and returned, the customer may be responsible for resulting return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges.


Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check your porch, mailbox, side entrance, garage, parcel locker, front desk, reception area, or other delivery locations.
  2. Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff whether they accepted the package.

Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided during checkout, jxvkxbsh.com is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, misplaced, or stolen. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you with available tracking information.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We package our cleaning tools carefully to help ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing essential parts, please contact us promptly after delivery.

This may include:

  • Broken brush handles
  • Cracked storage holders or caddies
  • Bent or unusable mop components
  • Missing replacement pads or attachments
  • Damaged spray bottles or leaking components
  • Broken squeegees or extendable handles
  • Damaged electric cleaning tools or missing charger/accessories

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of any damaged or missing components
  • Tracking or delivery information, where available

Please keep the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Minor compression of washable cloths, microfiber pads, flexible dusters, or other soft cleaning accessories caused during shipment is not automatically considered damage if the product can be restored through ordinary setup or use.


Important Use & Safety Notice

Please inspect all cleaning tools before first use.

Do not use a product that arrives broken, cracked, severely bent, leaking, electrically damaged, or missing essential safety components.

Product claims such as machine washable, non-scratch, reusable, safe for hardwood floors, safe for glass, waterproof, water-resistant, cordless, rechargeable, or battery-powered apply only when specifically stated on the individual product page.

Cleaning tools are not disinfectants or cleaning chemicals unless specifically described as such. The performance of a cleaning tool may depend on the cleaning solution, surface type, usage method, and care instructions.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

Because orders may begin processing immediately, we cannot guarantee that address corrections can be made after an order has been placed.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, we may be unable to intercept or redirect it. Costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.
